TheLeasing Specialistis primarily responsible for leasing apartment homes, responding to telephone and e-mail inquiries, scheduling appointments, greeting prospects, completing guest cards, showing apartments and amenity areas to all prospects, typing work orders, helping current residents, closing the sale and completing all required lease paperwork. The Leasing Specialist position does require excellent organizational and customer service skills. Qualified individuals must have demonstrated the ability to successfully work with people and demonstrated aptitude for sales and customer service. This position also plays an integral role in resident retention through participation in resident activities, renewal preparation and follow-up and resident needs assessments. 
Qualifications
Prior leasing experience required. Must be able to work weekends.
·    High School diploma or GED required
·    College degree or relevant course work preferred
·    Effective communication and organizational skills
·    Computer proficient, MRI-RM experience preferred
·    Valid driver’s license and transportation required

Job Summary
TheAssistant Property Managerworks closely with the Property Manager in overseeing the daily site operations and financial performance of our community. This position supervises two or more leasing specialists and assumes responsibility for the community in the property manager’s absence. The Assistant Property Manager accurately records resident data including traffic, leasing activity, rental payments, renewals, and collection activity. This position works frequently with residents to renew leases, resolve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Assistant Property Manager is also responsible for sales presentations, tours, marketing, and other activities geared toward generating traffic and leasing apartment homes. Successful Assistant Property Managers demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, high level of energy, and adaptability to a fast paced and changing environment.
Qualifications
·        Knowledge of federal, state, and local fair housing laws
·        Strong beekeeping, organizational, and superior customer service skills
