Job Summary
TheAdministrative Assistant is primarily responsible for providing support for the Property Manager and Asst. Property Manager and coordinates maintenance/service and dispatch calls/requests efficiently and effectively through Angus Anywhere (online work order system). The Admin Asst. will be responsible for maintaining all tenant, building and vendor files, which includes tracking and maintaining current certificates of insurance for vendors and tenants as well as the accounts payable and receivables while administering the front desk duties and responsibilities together with the other assistants in the office.

Qualifications
·    High School Diploma
·    Two years of administrative experience in a service-oriented office environment with accounting experience
§    Minimum 1-2 years commercial property or facilities management experience preferred
§    Computer literate, including intermediate level skills with MS Word, Excel, MS Powerpoint and Outlook PC.
§    Must be organized and have ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time
§    Strong oral and written communication skills
§    The ability to initiate projects and follow through with ideas and tasks
§    The desire and ability to provide high-quality customer service
§    Positive attitude and team-player personality
·    Working knowledge of answering the phone in a Corporate environment
·    Knowledge of principles and methods of public and business administration office management
·    Experience in accounts payable and receivable
·    Strong listening skills
·    Effective organizational skills
·    Must be flexible and have the ability to professionally meet with, and effectively interact with, others at various levels of administration either within or outside the Company
·    Ability to think clearly and analyze problems of organization and management and take   effective action
