Job Summary TheService Representativeworks closely with the Service Manager to maintain the best possible property appearance, including all interior and exterior amenities, common areas, and offices. This position assists with minor maintenance such as painting, pressure washing, changing light bulbs, vacuuming pools, and changing filters. Landscaping duties include weeding, watering, pruning, and general lawn care maintenance. The Service Representative interacts frequently with residents while delivering notices, cleaning and maintaining amenities, and assisting with service requests. This position must demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times in support of the community’s resident retention goals.
