Job Summary
The Painter works closely with the Regional Vice President to perform painting, finishing and maintaining a wide variety of interior and exterior surfaces and structures. The Painter prepares surfaces for painting and finishing; applies undercoats and finishes; performs soda and water blasting; also advises in the selection and storage of painting materials.
Qualifications
 High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
 One year painting experience required
 Valid drivers license
 Ability to travel to multiple properties
 Federal and State Fair Housing knowledge
 Exceptional customer service skills
 Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor
 Strong attention to detail

Job Summary
TheProject Superintendentis responsible for the supervision of all field operations related to the physical construction and directs the daily progress of the work. They report tothe Project Manager. The jobsite workforce is made up of numerous subcontractors and vendors. The Project Superintendent must assure that the combination of their compo­nents results in a product that achieves the required quality and is com­pleted on schedule. The candidate must have a high school diploma and5-7 years experience in Multi-Family construction.
Qualifications
·    Generating, securing, or otherwise confirming all information needed to create, monitor, and modify the progress schedule on a continuing basis
·    Developing the progress schedule.
·    Participating in scope reviews of the various bid packages to properly coordi­nate their respective interfaces and ensure that nothing is either left out or bought twice.
·    Develop and administer the site utiliza­tion program, site services, security arrangements, and other facilities and arrangements necessary for appropriate service to the construction effort.
·    Identifying field-construction and work-sequence considerations when finaliz­ing bid package purchases.
·    Monitoring actual versus required performance by all parties.
·    Monitoring and ensuring jobsite and subcontractor compliance with Colonial Construction Services Safety Program.
·    Determining whether subcontractors are providing sufficient workforce and hours of work to achieve performance commitments.
·    Monitoring the performance of the company’s Purchasing and Project Engineering functions to ensure that all subcontracts, material purchases, sub­mittals, deliveries, clarifications, and changes are processed in time to guaran­tee jobsite arrival by, or before, the times needed.
·    Directing any company field staff, providing positive leadership to ensure that the field staff is properly motivated and inspired with a sense of accomplishment and purpose.
·    Establishing field office.
·    Maintaining a clean project site.
·    Being thoroughly familiar with the requirements of the subcontracts, there­by identifying changes, conflicts, etc., that are beyond the scope of responsibility.
·    Establishing and verifying field control measures.
·    Managing material deliveries and compliance with purchase agreements.
·    Conducting weekly Subcontractor meetings to assess construction progress, quality, and safety.
·    Preparing daily reports, job diaries, narratives, progress photos, and all other regular and spe­cial documentation as determined by the company and by the project needs.
·    Responsible for profitability of all field controlled expenses for the project.
·    Adherence to schedule and budgets.
·    Project safety.
·    Project quality.
·    The quality of relationships with clients, architects and consultants.
·    The quality of working relationships with PM, APM,&amp; Assistant Superintendent
